Prof. Dr.-ing. Kunibert LENNERTS

Prof. Dr. ing. Kunibert Lennerts has been  teaching in Facility management in the University of Karlsruhe since 2000. Before that he was a manager of the FM department in the biggest European railways Deutsche Bahn. He is the first professor of Facility management in Germany.

Prof. Keith Alexander

Prof. Alexander is director of Center For Facility Management at University of Manchester, UK. He is also honorable member of the European Facility Management Association from 2009. Prof. Alexander have played a leading role in the development of FM research, education and practice in Europe.

Peter Prischl

Peter Prischl is CEO of Reality Consult GmbH , which is one of the biggest Real Estate consultant companies. More than 25 consultants in the area of planning, control, organization and IT of Reality Consult GmbH works for more than 100 clients in Germany, Austri, Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Prishel is a member of GEFMA, Facility Management  Austria and Austrian Real Estate Association.

eng. Anton GUINTCHEV

Since 2007, Anton Guintchev is director of asset management for Ten Brinke Group, Netherlands and he is responsible for managing  assets for more than 600 million euro and gross annual rent of 45 billion euro. Before that he had worked as a manager of FM department in " Business Park Sofia". He is involved actively in promoting this new for Bulgaria profession. Anton Guintchev is also founder and associate of Facility Management Consulting Ltd - a leading consulting company in the field of facility management in Bulgaria

Tudor TRITA

Tudor Trita is the founder and CEO of ARCHIBUS SOLUTION CENTER – ROMANIA , the local representative of the world leader in solutions and services for Real Estate, Infrastructure and Facility Management - ARCHIBUS Inc since 2007. As head of ARCHIBUS SOLUTION CENTER – ROMANIA Tudor has been actively involved in shaping the emerging FM market in Romania while at the same time strongly promoting local green building initiatives. Mr Trita has been actively involved in the foundation of the Romanian Green Building Council in October 2008, the Romanian Facility Management Association in October 2009 and initiating the first Facility Management Conference in Romania in April 2009. Tudor was Vice President of RoGBC in 2010 and Vice President of ROFMA between 2010-2012 and is the President of ROFMA starting with September 2012, member of IFMA since 2006, member of Romanian Real Estate Investors Society and speaker for numerous events in Romania on Facility Management Green Buildings and IWMS topics.
